Co parenting differences ?

Me nd hubby have different ideas about how baby should be raised. He is more like let her do whatever as long as she is happy nd im more into structure. This is his first baby nd hes excited but For example he doesnt think baby should have a bed time ... I do ... he will wake her after i put her to sleep because she wants to play ... How do u handle these differences ?? Also i say baby doesnt need a pacifier he says hes gonna buy a box so if she looses one he has more ... Smh what to do ...
