How can I give up ?!?

Ok see I'm only fourteen but my lust for keeps augmenting and it'll start by me watching some harmless vids or something but then I'll transition to some really dirty sites. I read that if you get too obsessed it can change the way you view platonic relationships and can cause you to yearn for more stuff. I don't want to engage in that!! Can you give me advice on giving up because I always feel bad about it.
