I don't see a melt peak?

I am using an LS-32 by Idaho Technology and we are using the real time PCR function to genotype DNA on the 4F2 gene. When we run the ay, we get a melt curve but no peaks that corresponds to a WT, a Het or a Mut. We have adjusted the DNA concentration and made several batches of new primer/probe mix. Any other suggestion on how we would fix this problem?
