He stopped texting me, for no reason? (fairly short)?

My friend justin and I have been good friends for about 3 weeks. I started texting him and everything was cool. I think he started to like me, because he asked me if I was single and he asked me who I liked. I think he even tried to ask me out, but stupid me went to sleep 15 minutes before he texted me. I texted him back in the morning, saying I wasnt doing anything saturday and he never replied. A few nights before that we stayed up till like 3 in the morning texting each other and thats when he asked me if I was single and stuff. I saw him last night, but we really didnt talk in person. We were at a skating rink and we were texting each other while we were with our friends. I caught him looking at me a few times, and once when I was skating alone he came up and just put his hand on my head. I have no clue why .. Lol. And that was basically it. We used to text a lot, but he hasnt texted me like he usually does.. :b I think he was flirting with me, because he was saying how hot he was, and how he was just laying in bed. Hah, but I didnt really flirt back because the last time I fell for a guy, he rejected me and told me I wasnt good enough. But, I sucked it up and now im going to flirt back. Does anyone have any advise on what I should do? :b
