If states across America are having problems issuing tax refunds how can we afford to pay for amnesty?

there will be no amnesty or dream act. they can parade themselves up and down the streets in washington it makes no difference 80% of our population want them deported immediately.67% of our population say the are a net drain on our countries economy.
