Is America collapsing undeservedly?

Isn't it too bad America is collapsing? Sort of makes one feel sorry for the criminals who killed all those innocent Iraqis in the name of saving them from Saddam. This includes the average US cisizen who supported an illegal war having America kill more people than anyone since WW2.
