PLEASE HELP MY FRIEND!?

my friend (not meee) has been finding these small white worm things in her underwear for the past few weeks and hasnt had the courage to tell anyone or ask for help and im really worried because there are more and more so can ANYONE give me ANY advice about this or tell me hat wrong so i can help?!?!?
