Who do you think would win in a debate between Evolution vs creationism?

A debate requires evidence. There is no evidence to support creationism in its extreme unbiblical sense, and there is vast evidence to support evolution. God created all that exists. That is "creationism" in proper context. But God did not directly create every living species "as is". That is simply absurd, and contradicts all existing evidence.
