Who was the last captain/coach of a VFL/AFL team?

Plus who else of recent has held that position? This thought came to mind while listening to Kevin Murray, at the Brownlow awards last night. He told of his couple of year break from Fitzroy to captain/coach East Perth in the AFL & also c/c the WA state team.
